Welcome to Family Support and Partnership Care

Family Support and Partnership Care Ltd (Care Quality Commission Registered) is a team of compassionate Social Health Care Workers, Family Support Workers, and Social Workers who provide 24/7 Short Breaks Services, Personalized Care, and Social Work Services to children and adults with complex health and social care needs.

We aim to enhance our clients’ quality of life and alleviate the families’ challenges. We provide individuals with short- and long-term support privately or through local authority-commissioned services. Our support workers are skilled in using Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), along with other strategies such as crisis intervention, relationship-based work, and solution-focused strategies. These approaches foster person-centred care and help individuals achieve a better quality of life and promote a more inclusive and supportive environment.
